“Behold, the virgin shall become pregnant and give birth to a Son, and they shall call His Name Emmanuel—which, when translated, means, God with us.”
Jesus disrobed His Deity so that He could identify with us. He had an earthly mother, so that we could have a Heavenly Father. He endured a physical birth, so that we could have a spiritual one. God the Father hid His greatest treasure in an undignified piece of wood, and although man crucified this treasure; because He died, we can now live. Jesus stepped off His Throne and into a manger because He, being fully-God Himself, needed to become fully-man to show us how to live a victorious life in Him and how to tell others about this great salvation that no one should ever neglect.
Philippians 2:6-8
“Though He was God, He did not think of equality with God as something to cling to. Instead, He gave up His Divine privileges; He took the humble position of a slave and was born as a human being. When He appeared in human form, He humbled Himself in obedience to God the Father and died a criminal’s death on a cross.”
There are marvelous truths about Holy Spirit that every Believer must understand. Why? Because He is God, and He is the Spirit of Truth who resides in those that receive Jesus into their hearts. Jesus was limited by the flesh body He took on, but His Spirit is limitless! Therefore, Romans 8:11 is alive and active in every Believer. This means Holy Spirit’s Power is working through every person who receives Jesus as their Lord and Savior. The magnitude of this Power within the Believer is so great it conquered the worst enemy, Satan, and solved the most terrible problem, sin! It also overcame every temptation known to mankind. This is the Resurrection Power that we must carry and display now more than ever! We need this Power to dismantle the demons around us. You must get this to get the victory! The Apostle Paul desired to know Jesus better. He said in Philippians 3:10, "That I may know Him and the Power of His Resurrection."
This, coming from a man who received direct revelation from Jesus and was caught up to Paradise hearing inexpressible things that no one is permitted to tell! Can you say that about your relationship with Jesus? Your soul should be panting after God like a deer panting after water because when you draw close to Him, He will draw close to you.
A.W. Tozer wrote in his book, The Pursuit of God: "To have found God and to still pursue Him, is the soul's paradox of love."
This statement takes us beyond our salvation experience and draws us deeper into knowing Jesus intimately. Once you find Him you should want more. You should never be satisfied with enough. Always purpose yourself to go deeper. Be aware that with each new understanding comes an unveiling of intimacy with Him. Paul desired more of Him because he experienced more of Him. You cannot fully get to know an infinite God because every time you step up into a new place of knowing Him, a new door opens to find Jesus calling you deeper still. If you want to go deeper, you need Holy Spirit. Scriptures declare that Holy Spirit is the Revealer of Truth and the Agent in all works of redemption through Jesus. He is the Spirit of God! He is the fullness of Grace in the salvation experience; and in Him, through Him and by Him is the Power to save! Holy Spirit brings the wisdom, discernment, knowledge, understanding and conviction that leads us to repentance. He sets us apart and without Him we cannot understand the Word of God nor declare Jesus is Lord. In other words, we cannot become a Believer without Holy Spirit. Many know about Jesus, even the demons, and they shudder at His Name (James 2:19). But do you know Him in your heart?
Beloved, this is the wonderous mystery; Jesus being revealed through Holy Spirit to all who receive Him and open their hearts to make Him Lord overall. It is learning how to live a more than life of victory. It is knowing God and all that He is in you and the Power that works through all Believers. The mystery is Christ in you, your hope and glory!
Romans 8:37
Yet in all these things we are more than conquerors and gain an overwhelming victory through Him who loved us [so much that He died for us].

With God’s power working in us, God can do much, much more than anything we can ask or imagine.
Romans 8:11
If the Spirit of God, who raised Jesus from death, lives in you, then He who raised Christ from death will also give life to your mortal bodies by the Presence of His Spirit in you.
May the Grace of the Lord Jesus Christ and the love of God and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with you all. Come behold the wondrous mystery:
