Who Receives Furniture?
Our program is here to provide support for those who have experienced significant life changes as a result of hardships. Whether you had to abandon your furniture during a move or are starting anew, we are dedicated to helping you. We serve residents from communities located in Greater Waterbury and Litchfield Hills. Thank you for helping me and my family out. It is really tough for us to move into a new house with any furniture or beds and you are really helping us get through this big move. I’m very grateful that you are giving me and my sisters and my mom and my nanny beds, and I can’t wait until I get mine.
How Do I receive Furniture?
Furniture has the power to transform a house into a home. At Acts 4 Ministry, our exceptional volunteers are committed to making your transition to a new space as seamless as possible. We take precise measurements of your doorways and windows, and ask detailed questions about your preferences to ensure that the items we provide will make your new space feel warm and inviting. We request a $50 delivery fee for furniture referrals, which consists of a combination of new and gently used items available for free. If the referring agency has allocated funds for this purpose, our organization can send an invoice for the delivery fee. Please inform our client care team about this during the appointment.

Infant Furniture
In order to meet the needs of our clients with infants, Acts 4 has formed a great working relationship with Hope Pregnancy Center. Please contact them directly by stating that you are a referral from Acts 4.
