“God decided in advance to adopt us into His own family by bringing us to Himself through Jesus Christ. This is what He wanted to do, and it gave Him great pleasure. So, we praise God for the glorious Grace He has poured out on us who belong to His dear Son.” Ephesians 1:5-6
I recently read a book about a man’s encounter with the Lord in Heaven and pondered over an intimate moment he experienced during worship. I was marvelously awestruck about how deep the Father’s love for us really goes and how He wants to share His Glory with us as we partake in His Divine Nature.
During this encounter, he saw an Angel worshipping in front of the Throne of God. He said the musical sound from this celestial being was made up of sound and light and emanated the love of the Father. He could feel the sound-light pouring through him and then suddenly felt himself being filled with God’s love. This sound became a personal love song, a Poiema, just for him. It entered his heart and the essence of who he is to His loving Heavenly Father was revealed to him. He then said this sound-light within him joined itself with Jesus and Holy Spirit and they all became one in worship with the Father.
This scene is significant to grasp because it will help unfold the mysteries within scripture that teach us about who we are in Christ and how we should worship Him. God has given us His very great and precious promises, so that through them we may participate in His Divine Nature. For we are His workmanship (Poiema), His own master work, a work of art, created in Christ Jesus reborn spiritually from above. Therefore, since God is Spirit, those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth. (2 Peter 1:4, Ephesians 2:10, John 4:24)
Another scene in this man’s encounter was so remarkable I barely have words to describe it. He saw Jesus ascend upward moving towards the Father’s Throne and disappear into His glorious Light. But what brought me to my knees in awe and amazement is what happened next. Everything that was before the Throne followed Jesus in as He became one with the Father’s Glory. When He had entered in, this man said it was like He entered in with Him. Why? Because Christ is in us, so where He goes, we follow. Every creation in Heaven was experiencing a holy oneness with the Lord. Jesus prayed in John 17:21 for us to all be one, just as the Father and Him are One — as you are in Me, Father, and I am in You may they be in Us so that the world will believe you sent me.
What other God shares His worship and glory with His creation? None, but Jesus! Give thanks to the Father, who has qualified us to share in the inheritance of the saints in the Light. (Colossians 1:12)
I now pray that Christ will live in your hearts because of your faith. I pray that your life will be strong in love and be built on love. And I pray that you and all God’s holy people will have the power to understand the greatness of Christ’s love—how wide, how long, how high, and how deep that love is. Christ’s love is greater than anyone can ever know, but I pray that you will be able to know that love. Then you can be filled with everything God has for you. With God’s power working in us, He can do much, much more than anything we can ask or think of. To Him be glory in the Church and in Christ Jesus for all time, forever and ever. Amen. (Ephesians 3:17-21)
Rejoice all you Saints of God! Jesus is no longer on the Cross! Every day is Resurrection Day from now on! He has risen, He has risen indeed!

“You are God’s girl and He loves you! You sprinkle His seeds of love wherever you go!” Those words were spoken to me by my husband Joe many years ago. They came at a time when I was questioning my self-worth in God’s Kingdom, purposes, and plans. The Father made sure that in my darkest spiritual hour, I heard His Truth about my identity and self-worth. It has been my passion ever since to deliver that same message to any who may need to hear it. It is not about who we are, but Whose we are, and I am God’s girl!
