The Lord said to Moses, “Tell the people to move forward.” Exodus 14:15
I heard a powerful quote recently about the mindset we need to be in while venturing forward into our visionary quests and callings by God — “When God has called you to be a Pioneer, don’t be a Settler.” It’s time for you to pick up your stake and move forward into your God calling. Don’t focus on the haters or nay-sayers. They are bound by a chaotic spirit that keeps their focus on the problems, not the solutions. Pray for them to be set free. That pushback can be turned into a tool for you to strengthen your spiritual muscles. What are these spiritual muscles?
Galatians 5:22
“But the Holy Spirit produces this kind of Fruit in our lives: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness and self-control.”

“The Spirit of wisdom and understanding, the Spirit of counsel and might, the Spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the Lord.”
The Greek word for power is Dunamis and means power through God’s ability. This kind of God-Power gives Believers the ability they need to achieve results for Kingdom purposes. How does this power operate?
When you work out, it’s not the equipment that makes you strong, it’s the power you put into it that achieves results. We are just the equipment. When we are aligned with God’s Spirit, He will use His Power through us to strengthen us for our journey. The Holy Spirit’s Power is always above the method He uses to manifest it. Sometimes He uses a negative circumstance. Other times He uses a person, sermon, song, good deed, book or just the mystery of nature itself. But it’s never the event or person that produces this Power, it’s the Holy Spirit.
In order to connect properly to the Holy Spirit, your equipment has to be in good working order. Your spirit must be properly maintained and ready to be used at all times. If your spirit is not aligned with God’s Word, you will not be able to understand when He is speaking to you. Allow God to change your mess into a message. You need His Spirit to work out of you what He has planted inside (His Word) in order to be a positive influencer.
Listen to what the Lord is saying to you today and start moving forward in it: “I know the plans I have for you. They are plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. For My ways are higher than your ways and My thoughts than your thoughts. The Spirit I gave you does not make you afraid. My Spirit is a source of Power and love and self-control. I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will counsel you with My loving eye on you. Let your eyes look directly forward, and your gaze be straight before you. Remember not the former things, nor consider the things of old. Behold, I AM doing a new thing; now it springs forth, do you not perceive it? I will make a way in the wilderness and rivers in the desert. Fear not, for I have redeemed you; I have called you by name, you are Mine! When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and through the rivers, they shall not overwhelm you; when you walk through fire you shall not be burned, and the flame shall not consume you.
